Refund Policy

Cancellation


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Refund Policy

We offer within 5 days after you received your item(s) - Which means we will refund your money if your items are broken within 5 calendar days after you received your items. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer. 

We do not accept returns if the reason is not damaged/defective. Avoid sending the order to our manufacturer as we have a dedicated warehouse able to received returns. Package that was deliberately returned to our manufacturer will not be honored for refund or replacement.

All items offered on this promotion are sold as-is and are a “Final Sale”. There are no returns or exchanges accepted.

We advice to customers to check the product specifications of the product to avoid disappointment. Please double check the product specifications and measurements such as dimension, size, color, material and the product inclusion of the order. If you are not familiar with the characteristics of the product, made a purchase and request a refund, we will not be able to approve your request.

We strongly suggest that orders received must be tried and tested for any issues within 5 days from the date the order was delivered so we can arrange a replacement. If in any case, you received a broken or damaged items please report the issue to us within 5 days from the date delivered for replacement or refund.

We do not recommend deliberately returning the product/s to our manufacturer for refund as we have a dedicated warehouse to accept returns. Products returned to our manufacturer will not be honored or refunded.

 

Accepted For Refund/Return

Damaged Item - If the item you received is with visible damage, such as broken pieces or cracks. (Photo/Video Required). The issue must be reported within the warranty period.

Note: Damage" or "Broken" a photo or video must be presented. You may need to return the item back to us.

Defective Item - if item (e.g. electronic items) is now working properly. Photo/Video is required to show the defect for assessment. The issue must be reported within the warranty period.

Wrong Item Delivered - If the item you received is an incorrect product (e.g. you ordered a bed but you received a mug) The issue must be reported within the warranty period.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR REFUND:
  • Must include a VIDEO or IMAGE that clearly shows the item(s) we sent was defective.
  • Refund request without VIDEO will not be entertained as we need this as proof to claim it back from our suppliers.
  • Refund process might take up to 2 weeks progression for verification purpose.
  • Shipping Fees will not be refunded back to customers as we shipped the item out.
  • Full Refund will be given if customers provided Full Information regarding defective item.
  • Full Refund if the parcel is not delivered within our promised delivery time frame. 

 

REFUND TIME FRAME

Every refund request will be investigated by our fulfillment department and it will take 2 - 3 working days to process due to the high volume of orders. We will apply a refund to the original method of payment within the next 48 hours if you are eligible. Crediting to your account could take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it has been over 5 days since product was delivered or there is evidence that the damage is due to regular use or in any way caused by the customer.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@banditriders.com
